Mirella is 19 years old and is studying to be a primary school teacher. She lives with her parents and her 5 siblings and speaks Spanish, Creole, and some French. She sometimes also lets her mother take classes on the app.

Mirella says:
“My other favorite course was mental health. My mind was going crazy with virtual classes and I felt so overwhelmed. I struggled with a lot of anxiety and stress. This course helped me to be calmer.

My parents never taught me about preventive health care. I have learned a lot about mental health and women’s health that I didn’t know. I didn’t know that some things were wrong. I have acquired many new skills that serve me as a student.

Before, I did not know how to save. Now, I separate my money. Things have been going very well in college and I have learned to manage my money”.
