Saira is our Customer Success Specialist and Lead Content Developer, functions that allow her, in a synergistic way, to develop not only empowering content that changes lives when it is put into practice, but also positions her to be able to propose strategies and specific actions. That guarantees the success of our clients in the programs that use our platform. With Saira, our clients and associates have a resource that works to help them achieve their implementation success and goal achievement.

She graduated from General Psychology from the Technological Institute of Santo Domingo (INTEC) with a Master’s Degree in Neuropsychology from the University of Salamanca, Spain.

Since she was a teenager, she has been part of social projects, awareness campaigns, equality, and the fight for non-discrimination (social, physical, racial and religious).

She believes that teamwork is essential to reach the peak of success and respect the opinions or point of view of others.

She is collaborative, able to adapt to changes quickly, and always eager to learn and give her best at all times.

Her greatest desire is that all people (boys, girls, adolescents, youth, and adults) in the world receive a quality education and can grow as people and professionals.
